ASTM F 963: The U.S. toy safety standard.
EN-71: The European safety standard.
CE Marketing: A European toy safety marking.
The CE mark is not a European Safety Marker or quality symbol. It merely indicates to authorities that the toy is intended for sale in the European community and therefore meets the essential safety requirements of the European Toy Safety Directive. It should not be assumed that the toy is third party tested, or ”safe” from this marking alone.
